De-risking · Audits · Due diligence
Know where the risk sits, before it gets expensive.
An outside engineering team that audits designs, approaches, and suppliers. For product teams that want certainty, and for investors who want to know what they are buying into.
Discuss a de-risking engagement →The outside view
Teams that live inside a product for years develop blind spots. It is not a competence problem; it is proximity. We function as an external engineering team that audits internal approaches, and a fresh view from outside often solves problems that those too close to the design cannot.
The people doing the auditing are senior engineers with many years in manufacturing. They know which designs survive production and which fail, because they have spent their careers solving exactly these failures.

What we look at
Architecture & design
System architecture, circuit design, and component choices, reviewed against what production will actually demand.
Manufacturability
DFM, tolerances, and assembly: whether the design can be built repeatably, and at what real cost.
BOM & supply chain
Component availability, second sources, obsolescence risk, and where the BOM cost really sits.
Certification path
CE, UL, RoHS and the approvals your market requires, planned before they become the schedule risk.
Scalability
What changes between 100 units and 100,000, and whether the current design survives that jump.
The unknown unknowns
The risks nobody has written down yet. Finding these is the point of bringing in outside eyes.
Background IP that shortens the road
Years of development went into building blocks we own: proven circuits, firmware, and mechanical designs from products that shipped. Where they fit your product, they replace months of development and de-risk it at the same time, making solutions affordable that would otherwise be expensive to develop or simply not available.

For investors
Hardware investments fail on technical questions that were never asked. We answer them before you commit: is the product viable, does the architecture scale, what will production really cost, and which risks has nobody seen yet. After you invest, we can stay on as the technical eyes on your portfolio company’s roadmap.
- Viability assessment
- Scalability & unit economics
- Unknown-unknown discovery
You get an engineering answer, not a pitch deck.

Manufacturing at any scale
For companies whose product is already developed, we run production end to end: ISO 9001:2015-certified partners in Asia and Europe, certification, quality supervision, and logistics through to turnkey delivery. From the first small batch to volumes, shipment included.
Individual partners additionally hold ISO 45001 (occupational safety), ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 22000 (food safety) and further certifications, matched to the project that needs them.
