Mechanics

We align the electronics with the mechanical design and develop the housing if needed, resulting in a fully integrated product.

STEP 5

Software

Cloud connectivity, touchscreen operation, diagnostics, and calibration are programmed for the product. From microcontrollers to high-performance embedded interfaces, each system is implemented to meet its specific requirements.

Prototype

We integrate and test all components for functionality, reliability, and manufacturability, refining iteratively until all requirements are met.

STEP 7

Certification

We work with external partners to ensure the product meets certification requirements in all target markets.

Toolmaking

For mass production, we organize and coordinate the production of tools and manufacturing aids, utilizing our extensive network of partners in Asia and Europe.

Production

We supervise production of the finished product on-site, in both the manufacturer’s and target country. Strict quality management and factory visits ensure top-quality production, even in Asia.

Logistics

For customers who prefer a hassle-free delivery, we provide complete order processing and shipping to the destination address. From pallets to parcels, we handle it all.
