Build hardware that ships.

Electronics, mechanics, and firmware for products that reach production: event technology, household appliances, industrial equipment. Small team, real lab, and designs you carry from first schematic to the factory floor.

What the work is like

Your designs go to production

Nothing here stops at the prototype. You see your work through DFM, certification, and manufacturing, and you learn what survives the factory and what does not.

Small team, direct access

You work directly with the founder and with every discipline in the company. Decisions are made by the people who build, not layers above them.

Two countries, one team

Engineering runs across Germany and Vietnam. You collaborate internationally as the normal way of working, not as an exception.

Varied products, real constraints

Event technology one quarter, industrial sensors the next. Each product brings different requirements, standards, and volumes, so the work stays technical and stays interesting.

Where the work happens

At the bench in Pfronten, on the floor with our partners in Vietnam, and from wherever our engineers work best. Most of the team works remotely, across time zones, so we hire people who can own a problem without being managed through it. You get the autonomy, and the responsibility that comes with it. When hardware needs hands on it, we travel.

Electronics Engineer Full-time · Remote · Vietnam preferred

You design circuits that end up in real products: event technology, household appliances, industrial equipment. From schematic to tested board, you own your designs through prototyping and into production.

What you do

  • · Circuit design, analog and digital
  • · PCB layout with manufacturing in mind
  • · Prototyping and bring-up in the lab
  • · Testing, debugging, and design verification

What you bring

  • · Hands-on lab experience with real hardware
  • · Solid knowledge of analog and digital design
  • · You work well in a small, direct team

Mechanical Design Engineer Full-time or part-time · Ho Chi Minh City

You design enclosures and mechanics that integrate with electronics from day one. CAD, simulation, and prototyping on international projects, with design-for-manufacturing as a daily discipline rather than a final checklist.

What you do

  • · CAD design and simulation
  • · Design for manufacturing (DFM)
  • · Prototyping and design iteration
  • · Integration of electronics into mechanical designs

What you bring

  • · Experience with CAD and mechanical design workflows
  • · Understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances
  • · Interest in working across disciplines with electronics engineers

Mechanical Design Engineer — Robotics Full-time, part-time or contract · Ho Chi Minh City

You rework existing assemblies for field robots: frames, drive modules, enclosures, mounts. The measure of the work is whether it survives the field and whether a supplier can build it at the intended price.

What you do

  • · Redesign of chassis, drive and wheel modules, enclosures and mounts against weight, cost and assembly time
  • · Design for field conditions: IP65/IP67 sealing, vibration, fatigue, corrosion, pressure washing
  • · Design in Autodesk Fusion for welded and bolted structures, sheet metal, CNC and injection moulding
  • · Structural, fatigue and thermal FEA before tooling exists
  • · Working directly with the manufacturing partners in Vietnam

What you bring

  • · At least five years in mechanical design, ideally mobile machines, robotics or agricultural equipment
  • · Redesigns you can point to, with numbers on weight, cost and assembly time
  • · Confident in Autodesk Fusion or comparable CAD; FEA an advantage
  • · Technical English for documentation and coordination

Embedded Software & Data Connectivity Engineer Full-time, part-time or contract · Ho Chi Minh City

You write firmware for microcontrollers and then get the devices talking: interfaces, data pipelines, databases. The role sits in the Ho Chi Minh City office, close to the hardware and to the people designing it.

What you do

  • · Firmware for microcontrollers, drivers and interfaces over UART, SPI and I²C
  • · Connecting devices over MQTT, HTTP, Modbus and wireless links
  • · Data pipelines and monitoring, with tools such as Grafana and InfluxDB
  • · Databases for sensor data in MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQLite
  • · Testing and debugging with JTAG and logic analysers

What you bring

  • · A background in computer science, electrical engineering or embedded systems
  • · C, C++, C#, Python and SQL
  • · RTOS, embedded Linux or database systems from real work
  • · Good written and spoken English

Freelance Python Developer — Connector Libraries Freelance, around 20 hours a week for about three months · Remote · Ho Chi Minh City

You keep the Python connector libraries the engineering team uses every day in order: reviewing merge requests, growing the test suite, cutting clean releases. The job is the health of the library, not a ticket count.

What you do

  • · Working through the open merge requests, with review that deserves the name
  • · Keeping the libraries healthy: features, fixes, improvements
  • · Growing test coverage and keeping an eye on runtime
  • · Looking after the CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
  • · Releases with proper versioning and a changelog

What you bring

  • · At least five years of production Python that other people depended on
  • · Experience designing libraries or APIs for other engineers
  • · Async in depth: asyncio, cancellation, timeouts
  • · Typing with mypy or pyright, and pytest with fixtures
  • · Code review that stays kind and still says something
