What good looks like
A board you designed clears EMC, transfers to the manufacturing partner, and builds repeatably in series. Not a prototype that worked once on your bench.
What you do
- Design and review schematics: analog, digital and mixed signal.
- PCB layout with signal integrity, thermal management and manufacturability in mind.
- Build and test prototypes on the bench: oscilloscope, power supply, electronic load.
- Work with the firmware and software engineers so hardware and code actually meet.
- Support design for manufacturing and design for test.
- Documentation that survives a handover: BOMs, test procedures, design specifications.
- Support compliance and certification — CE, FCC, EMC, UL — and the transfer to mass production.
What you bring
- A degree in electrical or electronics engineering, or substantial experience.
- PCB design in Altium Designer, Eagle or KiCad, and simulation in LTspice.
- Analog and digital fundamentals you can reason from, not just apply.
- Your own workshop: oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering station, power supply. A spectrum analyser is a plus.
- Methodical debugging and attention to detail.
- Good English, written and spoken.

- Power electronics or embedded hardware design.
- EMC testing and compliance.
- Preparing a design for volume production.
- Audio engineering.
